What does Continental Supply actually do?

We are a Netherlands-based international trading and sourcing company. You tell us what you need; we research the market, find suitable manufacturers or suppliers in Türkiye, Europe, or China, obtain offers, and manage the commercial purchase.

Which markets do you source from?

Türkiye, Europe, and China. In Europe we cover the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and other European countries. China is sourced case by case, for suitable products and requirements.

What kind of products can you source?

Industrial machinery, mechanical and industrial parts, railway components, electrical and automation equipment, packaging equipment, warehouse equipment, and raw materials and industrial products. If your product is not on that list, send it anyway.

How do I submit a requirement, and what should I include?

Use the contact form or email info@cosupplybv.com. Include whatever you have: product name, part number, specifications, a photo, a drawing, or a product list — plus quantity, delivery location, and timing if you know them. Incomplete information is fine; we will ask for what is missing.

What happens after I send my requirement?

We research the market, identify suitable suppliers, and obtain commercial offers based on your requirements. We then come back to you with the available options. We usually reply within one business day.

Do you only introduce suppliers, or do you buy the goods?

We do more than introductions. Once a suitable supplier is identified, we can manage the commercial purchase and supply the products directly to you — so you deal with one company.

Can you source a single part, or only large orders?

Both. One specific spare part, a particular component, or an ongoing supply requirement — send it over and we will tell you what is realistic.

Do you handle customs, warehousing, and transport?

Yes, when required. As a Netherlands-based company we can arrange customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics in the Netherlands, so sourcing and supply chain coordination sit with one partner.

Even a perfect booking stalls without aligned commercial documents and compliance inputs. Agree the HS classification and the commercial terms with the supplier before the goods are ready, not at the dock.

Our role

For suitable products and requirements, Continental Supply Co. B.V. sources from established Chinese manufacturers and suppliers, case by case, and manages the commercial purchase. Once the goods are bought, we coordinate the Netherlands leg — customs clearance, warehousing, and onward transport — when required.
