Every engagement follows the same spine — tailored to your lane

Initial consultation
We map goods, trade lane, volumes, Incoterms preference, and hard deadlines. You leave with a clear feasibility read — including where customs or mode choice is the real risk.

Documentation & classification
We assemble and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and HS classification support so filings match what is actually on the truck, vessel, or aircraft.

Customs filing
Pre-arrival declarations go in digitally where the lane allows. Duties are calculated, supporting docs are attached, and submission timing is aligned to ETA — not to wishful thinking.
- 04
Clearance & release
We coordinate with customs authorities and terminal operators for road borders, port terminals, or Schiphol cargo. Holds get escalated with facts, not silence.
- 05
Delivery & follow-up
Final handoff to your warehouse or consignee, full documentation pack delivered, and a short debrief so the next shipment on the same lane runs cleaner.

Most delays are born in the document pack: wrong HS, missing origin proof, commercial invoice values that do not match the packing list. We treat documentation as an operations discipline, not an afterthought emailed the night before arrival.

Through release
Clearance coordination and a debrief that improves the next run
Once filings are in, we stay close to release. Road borders, port terminals, and airport cargo sheds each have their own rhythm. You get status you can schedule against — and a clear ask when we need a decision from your side.
After delivery, we close the loop: what slowed the move, what to reuse next time, and whether the mode or Incoterm should change for the following lot.
